What we do

We offer over 60 classes per week in a variety of disciplines from yoga to tai chi, dance to pilates and much more besides!

You can look at the individual page for in-depth info or look at the timetable for an overview. We also run classes online via Zoom – we have over 35 classes a week including free led-relaxation classes.

If you decide you want to come regularly why not buy a membership or class-pass for better value and unlimited access? (Full information here.) Alternatively join one of our courses for beginner to advanced level, which works out the cheapest way to attend classes (if you make them all!) and enables you to learn incrementally each week.
