What we do

We offer over 60 classes per week in a variety of disciplines from yoga to tai chi, hula hooping to pilates and much more besides!

You can look at the individual page for in-depth info or look at the timetable for an overview. we are running a limited timetable due to  COvid-19 but please check back regularly as we are always adding new classes.

If you decide you want to come regularly why not buy a class-pass and save yourself up to £2 per class? (Full information here.) Alternatively join one of our courses for beginner to advanced level, which works out the cheapest way to attend classes (if you make them all!) and enables you to learn incrementally each week.
