courses and workshops

Courses are offered in blocks of between 5-8 weeks and priced as a package, so prices vary. A course is designed to create a space for deeper learning, for you to share questions/concerns with your teacher in more of a one-to-one format, you’re more likely to get a sense of progression. You’ll be in class with the same people each time and we hope you’ll make friends within our community.

Workshops usually take place on weekend afternoons, though we have some full day workshops too. prices vary depending on length and type and start from £20. we offer an cheaper price for advance bookings and/or discounts when booking more than one place. workshops are a lovely way to experience a mini immersion or retreat right on your doorstep, they are very popular so book in good time.

*concessions

We offer a 10% discount for concessions on drop-in classes (excluding community classes), class packs, courses and most workshops & events. the discount is available to:

  • full-time registered students
  • pensioners
  • benefit claimants
  • carers card holders
  • nhs staff

Proof of concession status is required such as a student card, bus pass or other relevant ID. you can register at reception for your discount or email us with a picture of your proof of concession. once registered, your discount will be automatically applied when booking online.

safety and medical conditions

Students are responsible for their own safety in classes. If you have a health condition, it is your duty to check with your GP whether you should participate and to inform the teacher. please always inform your class teacher if you have any injury or condition which may affect you in class.
