Join Pilates classes to improve your breathing, body alignment, dynamic balance and muscle tone, particularly in the abdominal area. It is a way to learn more about ourselves, to appreciate and enjoy our bodies, and to optimise our potential.

This class is currently running online. You can book weekly, or you can sign up for several weeks in advance. Just click through to ‘book’, login and then choose the ‘recurring option’ to book several weeks in one go. Please note there is no class on bank holiday.

Keri will be teaching back at BNHC in the studio from 27th July! She has a few weeks off when the class will be covered by Suzy Titford.
