We’re thrilled to share with you our collection of ‘BNHC Bitesize’ videos. The videos range from just 30 seconds to 3 minutes, and demonstrate a variety of exercises, stretches and techniques for you to try at home. The aim was to create some ‘snippets’ to build-your-own practice, and to provide a taster into the different classes and teachers we have on offer at the centre.

All the teachers shown are from BNHC and are highly qualified and hugely experienced in their individual fields. They truly are some of the best in the UK. Please read our waiver at the bottom of the page before following any videos.
