beginners yoga

we offer beginners courses on fixed start dates as well as weekly running beginner-friendly classes which are open to all.

We recommend a beginners course for anyone brand new to yoga if you can commit to a block of 6-7 weeks. In our courses, you will join a small group and have plenty of one to one support from the teacher.

If you cannot commit to a course, a selection of our weekly classes are more ‘beginner-friendly’. You can just book and try a few different classes and see what suits you best.  Our teachers all have a minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience and are friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t be shy of letting them know you’re new to yoga, they’ll be able to support you better and help you in your yoga journey.
